Description

XR40B-EC Emission controller is used to control the emission current of the X-ray source RS 40B1. This controller works only with XRHV01-PS High Voltage Power Supply. All the electronics of The Emission Controller XR40B-EC which controls all X-ray circuits starting form water cooling box, HV power supply and tube itself, are completely protected. Two operating modes: STANDBY and OPERATE guarantee the most accurate and stable emission immediately after starting an experiment. User can choose one of two anodes (Mg and Al), and moreover see exact filament current and emission current which in HV power supply is present as a sum of real emission current and water leak current.

Additional information

User Interface contains a large Graphical LCD, function keys and digital encoder to precisely control all parameters which can be stored and recalled. The last stored parameters are recalled after switching on the unit. The process parameters can be controlled by the computer through the RS232 or RS-485 communication interface and dedicated application (Optionally ordered) XR40B-EC is mounted in the 19" rack (full-width, 3 units height).
