Description

The Flood Source Power Supply FS40A-PS is dedicated to supply Flood Source FS40A1 or FS40A2. Unit delivers all required voltages for operation of the Flood Source, no additional electronics is needed.

Application

The FS40A-PS is designed for Flood Source FS 40A1 or FS 40A2. The power supply allows to modify electron beam profile, beam energy and beam intensity. The Flood Source can be used in XPS/AES and SIMS experiments to charge neutralization of positively charged insulators or semiconductors.
