Description

The Wobble Stick with Gripping Tip allows the transmission of relatively simple hand movements through the vacuum wall. The flexible bellows provides a cone of movement and some linear movement for the end of a probe. The wobble stick vacuum gripping mechanism is rotatable which allows easy manipulating inside chamber. Standard mounting flange is DN 40CF.

Application

The Wobble Sticks are designed to grip samples or other parts in UHV conditions and transfer them, e.g. from a transfer mechanism to an analysis instruments like STM.
