Motorized Rotation Module - In Line Solution |
|
|
Quotation Inquiry |
Description
The stepper motor module is used to motorize rotation the axis in different applications. The manipulator is then supplied with microswitch limit stops as standard. Motorized axis can be operated manually after removing the stepper motor.
Application
Motorization with stepper motors increases resolution and repeatability of the translator rotation and makes the positioning very precise and easy. Motorization can be used when travel distance is so large that manual actuation would be time-consuming. Motion is operated by dedicated software installed on computer (PC).
Additional information
The stepper motor for Secondary Rotation Module R2 is controlled byan electronic device SMCD10 (see chapter Stepper Motor Control Driver SMCD10). Easy disassemble before baking.
Motorized axes of manipulator are controle with PREVAC manipulator control software.
