Description The Linear Feedthrough is a manually operated by a handwheel bellow-sealed linear motion feedthrough. This device moves along the shaft's axis. Standard mounting flange is DN 16CF. Any mounting orientation is permitted. Application The Linear Feedthroughs are used for applications needing straight line, fixed distance movement: e.g. beam stops, shutter actuators, simple substrate movements. Additional information Custom shaft lengths and diameters available on request. Feedthrough is bellow sealed. Consist position lock.   Specification Range ≤25.5 mm Shaft O.D.
