Vacuum pumps repair
Our service department repairs many types of vacuum pumps to meet the needs of many different industries and rigorous scientific demands. The repair process of rotary vane and piston pumps includes:
- Decontamination (if needed), disassembly, initial cleaning and inspection
- Cleaning to bare metal and re-inspection of rotors and housings
- Completing mechanical repairs
- Filling with correct fluid and testing followed by operational testing and qualification
- Draining, cleaning, final inspection, sealing, painting and tagging with rebuild information
- Shipping in an impact-resistant box or crate
We service and repair different diffusion pumps. Each pump is decontaminated (if needed), disassembled, cleaned and for its overall condition inspected. All components are checked for damage and proper function. Upon quote and customer authorization the pump is repaired and reassembled with new oils and spare parts. Pumps are connected to a backing pump system for final testing and qualification.
