The analytical chambers are designed for investigation of the chemical and physical properties of solid state surfaces, thin layers and nanomaterials.

The analytical chambers has many connecting flanges in UHV standard. They are main chambers of each UHV researching system, designed for analysis of materials.

Specification

The analytical chambers are equipped with connecting flanges in UHV standard different sizes for connecting current and further equipment. Vacuum in an analytical chambers should be from the high end of UHV range between 1x10^-10 mbar and 1x10^-11 mbar.

They are built from mu-metal B<0,5 μT or stainless steel.

The analytical chambers are mostly equipped in:
