The load lock chambers mechanism are used for loading sample holders to the load lock chamber, connected to the UHV system..

It have many different sizes connecting flanges in UHV standard for connecting current and further equipment.

Specification

The linear transfers are equipped with a small chamber that doesn't have own pumping system. Moving of the transfer is performed by rotary motion feedthrough.
